IntelliTeach is an outsourced help desk company that provides first-level technical support and troubleshooting services, specifically for law firms.

The company also offers on-site training and support services, but is believed to have fallen away from this in order to focus primarily on help desk solutions, as well as marketing its issue tracking system, IQ Track which is Intelliteach's proprietary software used for creating and documenting incident tickets. All of the company's full-time clients use IQ Track. Many weekend and after-hours clients use their own incident tracking system, or other popular 3rd party help desk software.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, on Peachtree Street in Buckhead (Atlanta), IntelliTeach was created in 1998. It was founded by Lance Waagner and Don Marinoni. The two worked together at a 450-lawyer firm as IT Director and Training Director, respectively. After completing a conversion from WordPerfect to Microsoft Word, they developed IntelliTeach, focusing exclusively on the training and help desk needs of law firms.
