Oldfields School

Oldfields School, founded in Baltimore County, Maryland in 1867 by Anna Austen McCulloch, is the oldest girls' boarding school in Maryland.[citation needed]
An all-girls school in Glencoe, near Sparks, Maryland, Oldfield's School has approximately 185 boarding and day students. The school's campus is situated in a section of the northern suburbs of Baltimore City and is located within walking distance of the Gunpowder River and the Northern Central Railroad Trail. Among the school's notable graduates was Wallace Warfield Simpson, better known as the Duchess of Windsor.[citation needed]
