The Old Jeffersonville Historic District is located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. It was placed on the National Register in 1983. The area is said to be between Court Avenue at the North, Graham Street on the east, the Ohio River at the south, and Interstate 65 at the west. However, these boundaries place two buildings of note just outside the district: the Carnegie Library of Warder Park and the old Masonic Temple on Spring Street. The 1837 Grisamore House, also on the National Register, is within the district, as is Schimpff's Confectionery. Next door to Grisamore is the local office of the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana. In total, the district has 2030 acres, 500 buildings, 6 structures, and 11 objects.[1]
