Olav Magne Dønnem (born 21 November 1980) is a Norwegian ski jumper.
In the World Cup he finished 3 times among the top 10. He won the Continental Cup in the 2003/04 season.
At the 2001 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships he finished 28th in the normal hill and 39th in the large hill. He finished 19th at the 2000 FIS Ski Flying World Championships.
