Okulovka

Okulovka (Russian: Оку́ловка) is a town in Novgorod Oblast, Russia, in the Valdai Hills. The settlement was first documenally mentioned in 1495. Since the second half of the 19th century, it has developed mainly due to the station of the Moscow-Saint Petersburg Railway. The status of town was granted in 1965. Population: 14,470 (2002 Census).
