State Highway 65, usually known as SH-65 or OK-65 (or simply Highway 65)is a north-south highway in Oklahoma. SH-65 travels 44.4 miles from State Highway 17in Sterling to U.S. 70 west of Randlett.

State Highway 65 begins near Randlett in Cotton County at U.S. 70. From there, it continues north into Temple. In Temple it meets and has a short duplex with SH-5. SH-65 continues northward, meeting SH-53 before entering Comanche County
