State Highway 43 (OK-43 or SH-43) is a state highway in Oklahoma. It runs 65.3 miles[1] west-to-east through Coal, Atoka, Pushmataha and Pittsburg counties.

OK-43 begins at US 69/OK-3 in Coalgate, the seat of Coal County. It runs east from Coalgate 11 miles to US 69, which it joins for a five-mile duplex to the south to Stringtown.

At Stringtown, OK-43 turns back to the east, traveling 19 miles to an intersection with the Indian Nation Turnpike near Daisy. From there, it continues on to the east, 28 miles through the Jack Fork Mountains, to its terminus at OK-2 north of Clayton.
