State Highway 156, also known as OK-156 or SH-156, is a highway maintained by the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Spanning 17 miles[1] (27 km) through the north-central part of the state, it connects the town of Marland, Oklahoma to U.S. 77/U.S. 177 in the north to U.S. 77 in the west. It is the former alignment of U.S. 77.[1]
Starting at U.S. 77, the highway goes east for eight miles (13 km) until reaching Marland, where it turns northward. 9 miles (14 km) later, after crossing from Noble County into Kay County, it ends at U.S. 77/177 four miles (4 km) east of Ponca City.
