State Highway 137 is a 6.2 mile highway in Ottawa County. It is a two-lane highway beginning at State Highway 10 (Oklahoma) east of Miami and ends at U.S. Route 60 in Twin Bridges State Park on the north side of the Grand Lake o' the Cherokees.

The highway's northern terminus was formerly Alternate U.S. Route 69 at Quapaw, but that terminus has been truncated to its current ending.
