Okean Elzy (Ukrainian: Океан Ельзи) is one of the most successful and popular Ukrainian pop-rock bands; the band formed in 1994 in Lviv, Ukraine. The band's vocalist and most recognizable member is Svyatoslav Vakarchuk.
