'Ok Klller Go

[edit] Intro

Hello to you all! If anyone's wondering why I picked this username, it's a combination of my two favorite bands of all time,The Killers (band) and Ok Go, since they both totally rule my life! (Not literately, though it may seem like it). It's also the name of my folder that only contains my own one-of-a-kind drawings of The Killers and Ok Go done by me.

In 2005, it was only called "The Killers Folder" because back then, I was only a Victim (Killers fan). In May 2006, I became a dedicated Ok Go fan thanks to their video, "A Million Ways", which I first viewed on April 2 on FUSE TV. Let's just say, if it wasn't for The KIllers, I would have never heard of Ok Go until the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards like most of the U.S. did. So far, I have made 12 Killers drawings and 10 Ok Go drawings.

I am also a big fan of pro wrestling (just the WWE) and I'm a loyal fan of my two favorite wrestlers, The Undertaker (who's on Friday Night Smackdown) and Rob Van Dam (who's on Extreme Championship Wrestling (WWE)).

On April 1, 2005 (no joke since it happened on April Fools Day), I met RVD at an autograph signing. Since WrestleMania 21 (WWE pay-per-view) was being held at the Staples Center (I wasn't able to go since the tickets got sold out in 53 seconds!), WWE Superstars were doing signings all over L.A. county. He and Stacey Keibler (who was still a wrestler before going on Dancing with the Stars) were at Tower Records at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. Since I live about 20-30 minutes away (depending on traffic), I was able to go. Only me and my brother got their autographs, but I actually shook RVD's hand (because I was wearing an RVD shirt), talked to him, AND got an autograph. I was so excited that I finally met him that my hands were shaking afterwards. I'll never forget that moment. Ever!

Though I wish I could meet 'Taker in person (or even get an autograph if I'm lucky enough) is pretty much impossible for me since he's a very private man."Sigh". But he is victorious at WrestleMania with 14-0 wins, which is something no wrestler in history has done before. Next year, he'll probably go for 15-0 and if so, than that is just amazing!

Ever since 2001, I've been a huge Billy the Kid buff. I'll watch his documentaries on T.V. whenever I can (If there's nothing between me and the T.V.) just to refresh my knowledge on him. The weird thing is, I first heard of him (officially) from watching the movie Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. I did some research on the Kid and I totally got hooked on him from then on. I was probably the only whippersnapper at my school (or perhaps all of the LAUSD) to learn info on him at my own free will.

I love to play videogames, especially when I get a new game! I currently own a Playstation 2 and have a ton of games like WWE Smackdown vs.Raw (of course!), Sonic games, Soul Calibur games...ok, there's just too much to name.

I've been playing with Playstations since 1997 and never switched to another system (like an XBOX or Nitendo GameCube). I first started playing with the Super Nitendo and computer games since I was like three. In 1996, my older cousin gave me his Sega Genesis and I played with that for a year before I got the PS1. In 2001, I got the PS2 and in 2005, I got the thin PS2 (the current one I have) after the first one broke down (my fault for playing so much). When the price goes down (or when this PS2 breaks), I'll most likely get the PS3.

[edit] New News

Let's see, I recently helped edit Andy Ross and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. bios and created Tim Nordwind bio because they totally deserve it. I would have made Dan Konopka a bio, but I don't have any info on him because it's so hard to find. I'll need to add more info on Dave Keuning, Mark Stoermer and Brandon Flowers bios becuse they need it. I would have added more info to Damian Kulash bio, but he has enough.(Nothing personal against him). Can someone help me get a good Andy and/or Tim picture added to their bio's? Thanks!

On November 13, I got Ok GO's Limited Deluxe Edition CD/DVD of their sophomore album, OH NO. I love it! Especially their music videos and their "Behind the Treadmill" extra. Classic. I just wish it had a little more content to it.

I'm hoping at Survivor Series (WWE pay-per-view), RVD will win the Extreme Elimination Chamber and become ECW champ again. As for the Undertaker, I hope he wins his match against Mr. Kennedy and makes him bleed puddles, since it's a First Blood Match. Plus, Mr.Kennedy annoys the hell out of me.

Billy the Kid's supposed birthday (November 23) is on Thanksgiving day. Not only will I eat the yummy turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie (me hungie now!), but I'll have much Billy stuff surrounding me too.

I just finished my 10th Ok Go drawing and it came out spetacular!!! I love it!!
