Ojamajo Doremi # Movie is the first Ojamajo Doremi movie. It involves Doremi's younger sister, Poppu.

Pop unwittingly takes a magical wish-granting flower from the Witch's Land and brings it to Misora, the girls' hometown, causing serious trouble. The flower grants her wish and leaves Doremi without her magical powers and furthermore transformed into a mouse, because she argued with Doremi about Hana (because Hana followed Pop when she did the level 5 exam in the magical world, and that keeped worried the girls and Doremi scolded Pop because of being irresponsible)and got fed up that Doremi always scolds and makes fun of her and she said (alone with the flower) that she wants to transform Doremi into a mouse, but she didn't know that the flower was a magical "wish-granting" flower and that it would grant her wish. At this time the adventure begins. The flower is very powerful indeed, which is why it is the witch's queen's (Jou-Sama) favorite flower. When it grants a good wish, it will stay in its current place. But, if it grants a bad wish, it will change color and move. After granting so many wishes, it moves to a new place and starts to produce seeds. This will grant wishes all over Misora, and eventually the world. But once Pop realizes of that, she decides to get Doremi back to normal (with some help of the other ojamajos) and also forgive her. At the end, they stopped the flower of causing more disasters in town by getting their feelings to the flower, and also they purified it of all the "good or bad" wishes that this flower granted all around the city. Pop reconciles with Doremi, and Doremi apologizes to her friends of the discussion that happened earlier. We also learn how Doremi came to like steak and her childhood experience with the piano which will be referred to in Episode 40 "Piano comes to the Harukaze family!".
