Ohio Township, Gallia County, Ohio

Ohio Township is one of the fifteen townships of Gallia County, Ohio, United States. Statewide, other Ohio Townships are located in Clermont and Monroe Counties.
It borders the following townships:
- Guyan Township - west
- Harrison Township - northwest corner
- Clay Township - north
To the east and south, Ohio Township borders West Virginia across the Ohio River. It lies downstream of four of the other five Ohio River townships.
