State Route 568 is an east-west state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is in downtown Findlay at the State Route 12/State Route 37 duplex, and its eastern terminus is at the complex junction of U.S. Route 23, State Route 103 and State Route 199 in downtown Carey, Ohio. At this junction, U.S. Route 23 crosses north-south, State Route 103 runs concurrent with U.S. Route 23 southbound and continues eastbound, and State Route 199 runs concurrent northbound with U.S. Route 23 and concurrent eastbound with State Route 103. The entire length of State Route 568 is part of the former alignment of State Route 15 which was realigned onto a new freeway from Findlay to Carey.
