State Route 55 is an east-west state highway in the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is near the town of Laura at State Route 571, and its eastern terminus is in Urbana at U.S. Route 36 and the eastern terminus of State Route 29. The route runs concurrent with U.S. Route 68 for one mile at its eastern terminus.
