[edit] Route 511C

Route 511C is a 0.02-mile[1] highway connecting SR 511 with US 42 on the southeast side of Ashland. The intersection is a rectangle with SR 511 running north and then bearing northwest to intersect US 42. US 42 then runs east and intersects SR 60, which continues running northwest through Ashland.

[edit] Kipton

The village of Kipton is notorious for being a speed trap on SR-511. Upon entering the village there is a drop in speed limit from 55 mph to 25 mph. The village is unique in the fact that it pays it's police officers (excepting the chief) a salary of one dollar per year.
