State Route 450 is an east-west state highway in the southwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is about 2 miles southeast of Milford just west of a modified cloverleaf interchange with Interstate 275; Milford Parkway continues northwesterly to Milford from this point, and is home to the River's Edge shopping center and several distribution-oriented businesses. The route’s eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 50 less than 1 mile east of Interstate 275. This short route provides access between U.S. Route 50 and Interstate 275.
