  • Originally routed from Nelsonville to Corning along current route 78 from Nelsonville to Murray City, route 216 from Murray City to New Straitsville, route 93 (route 75 before 1962) from New Straitsville to Shawnee, and route 155 from Shawnee to Corning. [2]
  • Truncated at New Straitsville in 1926. [2]
  • New Straitsville to Shawnee certified as route 75 only in 1926. [2]
