Originally routed from 3 miles south of Renrock to Pleasant City along current route 83 from 3 miles south of Renrock to Cumberland and route 146 from Cumberland to Pleasant City. ^[2]
Entire route was unnumbered before 1966. ^[2]
In 1926, rerouted from 2 miles south of Cumberland to Belle Valley along previous route 146. ^[2]
Extended to Sarahsville along previous unnumbered road by 1966. ^[2]
Truncated at Belle Valley in 1972. ^[2]
2 miles south of Cumberland to Belle Valley decertified in 1972. ^[2]
