State Route 193 is a north-south state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at an interchange with Interstate 680 in Youngstown, and its northern terminus is at State Route 531 in North Kingsville.

1970 – Original route certified; routed along a former portion of State Route 170 from U.S. Route 422 in Youngstown to the current northern terminus in North Kingsville; from U.S. Route 422 to U.S. Route 20 in North Kingsville was the former State Route 90 from 1926 to 1962, which was extended north to State Route 531 in 1940; south extension to current southern terminus completed in 1970^[2].

1924 – Routed from the Indiana state line 3 miles west of Hicksville to Hicksville along the current alignment of State Route 18^[3]^[2].
1940 – Entire alignment certified as State Route 18^[2].
