  • Extended to 1 mile north of North Kingsville along previous route 90 in 1962. [2]
  • 3 miles north of Poland to Youngstown decertified in 1970. [2]
  • Truncated at 3 miles north of Poland in 1970. [2]
  • Youngstown to 1 mile north of North Kingsville certified as route 193 in 1970. [2]
