[edit] Route 151J

Route 151J is a two-tenths of a mile junction with SR 152 at the intersections of Main Street and Wood Street in Smithfield. SR 152 runs north as Main Street and intersects SR 151, which is Wood Street. The intersection forms a "Y", with SR 152 as the trunk and SR 151 as the branches.
