Hatsu (初?) or Ohatsu or later Jōkō-in (常高院: 1570–September 30, 1633) was a niece of Oda Nobunaga. She was the second daughter of Asai Nagamasa and Oichi (the younger sister of Nobunaga).
Ohatsu had two two sisters. Her elder sister was Ocha (Lady Yodo) (concubine of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and mother of Toyotomi Hideyori) and her younger sister was Oeyo (wife of Tokugawa Hidetada).
Ohatsu was renowned for her beauty. She married the daimyo Kyogoku Takatsugu in 1587. After the death of her husband in 1609, she took the name Jōkō-in.
With connections to both the Toyotomi and the Tokugawa, she served as a liaison between the rivals until in 1615 the Tokugawa eliminated Toyotomi Hideyori and his allies.
