This isn't a replaceable, non-free image. I'll explain.

There are two possibilities: either this image is copyrighted, or it isn't. I don't believe it's copyrighted, because there is not enough creative material to qualify as copyrightable. (Typefaces are not copyrightable in the U.S., and many logos are not copyrightable for that reason. Usually trademarks cover logos, not copyrights.) If this is not copyrighted, then it is in the public domain.

But even if this image were copyrighted, that would mean that the design itself is copyrighted, not just this individual image. So any version of the logo you created would be a violation as well (just like if you draw a picture of Mickey Mouse, you're violating Disney's copyright). This would mean that the image is not replaceable.
