Off the ball is an irreverent football show broadcast twice a week on BBC Radio Scotland. It takes a satirical and sideways view at Scottish football, self styling itself as "petty and ill-informed". The show began in 1995 and is presented by Stuart Cosgrove along with his sidekick Tam Cowan and a weekly guest from the world of football or Scottish culture.
