This image, Ofc-03.jpg, is a screenshot taken from a BBC advertisement for Christmas 2006 programming. Though the image is copyright © to the BBC, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 19:07, 7 December 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

The image is a single frame from a larger work;
The image is being used for informational purposes about "The Runaway Bride", a Christmas special episode of the television programme Doctor Who;
No more free alternative exists;
The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
