Ocean Heights 2

Ocean Heights 2 is a supertall skyscraper under construction located in the Dubai Marina of Dubai. It will be the second, taller tower of the Ocean Heights residential complex featuring another supertall, Ocean Heights 1. This tower, however, is set to rise to 460 meters (1,509 feet) and have 105 floors. If the tower is totally for residential uses, then in 2010, when construction of the tower is supposed to end, Ocean Heights 2 could be the tallest all-residential tower in the world, taking the title away from another supertall in Dubai, if Ocean Heights 2 is completed before the Chicago Spire.
