Ocean Heights 1 is a supertall skyscraper under construction in the Dubai Marina of greater Dubai. The tower will stand 310 meters (1,017 feet) tall and have 82 floors. Construction is set to end in 2008. The current version of the tower under construction, with its unique curves and twisting motion as one ascends, is actually the third version of the tower proposed by DAMAC Properties Co.. The first version had the tower at a much shorter 38 floors. The second had it only at 50 floors. Ocean Heights 1 is actually the first phase of the two building complex Ocean Heights. The second tower, Ocean Heights 2, is a supertall under construction that has 105 floors and is 460 meters (1,509 feet) tall.
