Available in U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 03-001 (direct link to images). The site links to a general U.S. Government disclaimer stating "Information presented on this website is considered public information and may be distributed or copied. Use of appropriate byline/photo/image credit is requested." I could find no specific credit for this image, so I presume that is is a USGS file photo.
