Obluchye

Obluchye (Russian: Облу́чье) is a town in the Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Russia, located on the Khingan River (left tributary of the Amur) 159 km west of Birobidzhan at . Population: 11,069 (2002 Census); 12,016 (1989 Census).
Founded in 1911 as a village at the railway station. Town status since 1938.
