Obituary (Milton Peterson) is a fictional character, a mutant in the Marvel Comics Universe. His first appearance was in X-Statix #1.

Obituary is a member of America's newest mutant superhero team, O-Force. Like all potential recruits, Obituary had to compete in a live television program, hosted by Solomon O'Sullivan, to win a place on the O-Force team.

It was revealed in the Civil War: Battle Damage Report that Obituary is a potential recruit for the 50 State Initiatve.
