[edit] Summary

Description

Graph of the CTF of the OAM at NCEM at Scherzer defocus (top) which allows for the biggest point resolution of 1.7 Å and at Lichte defocus (bottom) which maximizes the information limit of the microscope to 0.8 Å. The CTF is dampened by the spatial and temporal incoherency.
