O. Madhavan

O.Madhavan (1922–19 August 2005) was an Indian director and actor. He was one of the founding members of the Communist part of India. He is considered as one of the great masters of Malayalam theater.He has made major contributions for the evolution of theatre in Kerala. His wife is Vijayalaksmi (an accomplished actress herself. His son Mukesh is also an accomplished actor.He is the Founder of the renowned Drama company Kalidasa Kala Kendram.
