Sandra Day O'Connor High School is a high school in the Northside Independent School District of San Antonio, Texas. The principal is Mr. Larry Martin and the vice-principal is Mrs. Dennis-Ann Strong.

O'Connor High School serves a part of the city of San Antonio, TX and the city of Helotes, TX.

Opened in 1998, O'Connor High School followed the tradition of all the Northside high schools in being named after a Supreme Court justice, Sandra Day O'Connor, who was the first female justice to serve in the United States Supreme Court from 1981 to 2006.

The school colors are blue and gold and the mascot is the Panther.
