O-14 is a model railway scale/gauge combination of 7 mm scale (the same as O gauge) with 14 mm gauge track. It thus correctly represents the prototype gauge of 2'. Note that many notional 2' gauge railways actually had gauges slightly less than 2' such as 1'11.5" or 60cm.

This scale/gauge combination is supported by the 7mm Narrow Gauge Association.
