[edit] Formatting
Hey Nyssanne, thanks for starting all these new articles on obscure marvel characters ( a favorite topic of mine). But would you mind reviewing a few of the proper formatting styles? Look at how most other profiles are done. Just a couple of tips: no need to add titles to very short articles, try to break very large paragraphs up into small ones, make sure your links are active, and there's no need to link the same things more than once in a single article. I'm cleaning up some of your past articles, but just keep those things in mind for the future. I look forward to more of your additions. Elijya 07:35, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm a total newbie when it comes to things like this, but I'll definitely look at some of your articles and use them as examples for future bio's that I write. Thanks!
- and this is the proper way to do a talk page :D discussions under the same topic can go under the same title. Use colons to indent a line. Also, you should "sign" every comment on a talk page, for users or articles, by hitting ~ four times at the end of your comment. Then your name and the date and time you made the comment will automaticly show when you submit. I've only been here a few months myself, and there's ALOT I still don't know, but get the basics and you'll have alot of fun Elijya 16:35, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
- One other quick thing: appearance lists are ok for the chartacters you've done so far, since they've all only had a few dozen appearances, but don't try to do it for a character that's had hundreds, like Gambit, or Cyclops, etc. Just in case you might have Elijya 16:37, 13 January 2006 (UTC)

- So, I hit edit to reply, or another button? I'm so lost @.@ But thank you so much for all your help. I don't plan on EVER doing any major characters because a.) I would never want to try to tackle anything that big, and b.) I just don't like 'em. I'm a straight-shooter for the underdogs, so I'm trying to do profiles for characters with only a few appearances (and also my favorite B-Listers like Cargill and Anaconda). Nyssane 18:32, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
- Most A-Listers are already done, so you can only really add small bits of info. Click on my name to see everything I've done, the topics should be right up your alley, and you'll see an example of good formating (not to toot my own horn...). Elijya 02:08, 14 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hello
I noticed you created an FFV character article. Final Fantasy pages generally use lists of characters, unless it is a main character or the main antagonist. Your contribution was great, but I'm going to merge it with the list. Thanks for the contribution, and happy editing! Deckiller 21:51, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Arclight
Well, were did you hear that Arclight was confirmed?--Dil 05:07, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
-
- http://www.comicbookmovie.com/news/articles/2496.asp and it was confirmed by comicscontinuum but I don't have the exact link. I do remember reading it on there, though. Also, it was confirmed by one of the crewmembers that Stacy X is not in the movie, so it's safe to assume that Arclight is the girl people thought Stacy X was. However, the crewmember has yet to reply to that just yet.
It only says that Arclight is in the movie not that Omahyra Mota will be playing her. I think that it is safe to say that Arclight might be in the movie but is not being played by Omahyra Mota. So Stacy X should remain on the cast list until Fox says otherwise. Also your forgeting that Ashley Hartman is also appearing in the movie and I don't mean to jump to conclusions but, Arclight could be played by Ashley Hartman.--Dil 05:39, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
-
- Fox has already stated that Stacy X will not be in the movie. (One of the crew even laughed at all the rumors of Stacy X being in the movie.) Thus, she shouldn't remain on the castlist. :P
Do you mean the alleged crew members on Wikipedia? Ya, well I highly doubt they're crew members or just fans trying to make us all belive some stupid bull. Also, were has Fox said that Stacy X is not in the movie?--Dil 05:58, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
-
- http://www.thexverse.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=4 if you go there, you can ask questions to three of the crew members who work on X3, and Simon Kinberg is the one who said Stacy X is not in X3. I quote:
"Plucked from the other thread: what's the favourite X3 rumour you've read on the internet so far?
Wow, so many to choose from. I was pretty amused by the latest “film review” of a movie that hasn’t even been cut together. I also followed all the crazy Stacy X rumors. At the end of the day, Stacy X isn’t even in the movie!" Need anymore proof? Jeez. Also, he's said enough if you look on the forum to know he's actually who he says he is.
Still, that does not prove anything. This man could be a fraud. So I'm going to make a proposation with you, I will put Arclight on the cast list and the actor portraying her as ?. Fox excutives working on the movie have not confrimed that Stacy X is not in the movie or that Arclight is in the movie at all, So it is best left as Stacy X until the release.--Dil 13:40, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
-
- Well, executives HAVE confirmed that Arclight is in the movie, but whatever. As long as you leave the Arclight page alone, I'll be happy.Nyssie 15:03, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
Where have they said that!? Give me a link.--Dil 17:49, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
-
- http://www.comicscontinuum.com/stories/0512/27/ which is also the site that confirmed Psylocke's role in the movie.
Ok, i changed it on the cast list and on Omahyra's page but, people might change it and fight about it.--Dil 21:21, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
Like I said people still think Stacy X is in the movie. Look at the Cast list and everything else.--Dil 02:29, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
