Nyika Plateau National Park

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nyika Plateau National Park lies in the northeast of Zambia. It consists mainly of the Nyika Plateau, which is one of the highest parts of the country.

Nyika National Park borders a far larger protected area in Malawi. The only way into the park is through the Malawi side and there are no facilities on the Zambian side.

Between September and April, a wide variety of wildflowers can be seen in the national park.
