Nyandoma

Nyandoma (Russian: Няндома) is a town in Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, located 347 km south of Arkhangelsk at 61°39′57″N, 40°11′49″E. Population: 22,619 (2002 Census); 24,826 (1989 Census).

Nyandoma was founded in 1896 as a settlement around the railway station Nyandoma. The settlement has had town status since 1939.
