NWA Shockwave, formerly NWA Cyberspace and the CyberSpace Wrestling Federation, is a professional wrestling promotion based in Staten Island, New York. It is a member of the National Wrestling Alliance and holds its events mainly in Wayne, New Jersey. The federation was formed in 2001 and joined the NWA in 2005. The original owner of NWA Shockwave was Billy Firehawk, and the Commissioner is Jasmin St. Claire. NWA-SW's shows are televised on the Internet on a webcast called "Shockwave TV" which hasn't been aired on ITV since September 2005.

NWA Cyberspace changed its name to NWA Shockwave on June 6, 2006, to reflect its Internet show, the aforementioned "Shockwave TV."

Billy Firehawk died on July 17, 2006 due to complications stemming from diabetes. He was 40 years old.[1]

Following the death of Firehawk, principle management of the federation was given to Derek Gordon, the former WCW producer and Director of Operations of NWA Shockwave. Gordon has been usually credited for the content driven plotlines of the federation over the last three years, during which the federation has enjoyed an increasing fan base and better profits.
