Welcome!

Hello Nurgle, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, some of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a great page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Wikipedia Boot Camp, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type helpme on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  Zpb52 03:46, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging for Image:Mili_Jay.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Mili_Jay.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

opps thanks ;)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amy_Reid is this appropriate? i Clarify your question... wikipedia does not censor any content. The only requirement is to be verifiable. It also has to be notable of course... (it is an encyclopedia after all..)Eagle talk 04:11, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

The info is direct from the model :) its just my pages were removed for not being NPOV. I thought i had written in such a style

Note... Links across wikipedia should be done like this Amy Reid

Give me a moment or two... (you did not tell me they were removed). I need to look at this closly to see what is up. I don't know the admins rational... please parden my delay. Thanks!Eagle talk 04:15, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

ahh sorry top of my talk page says removed ) sure thing mate

Hmm... Amy Reid is still there... and your edits were NOT reverted on either Tawny Roberts or Alison Waite.
Can you give me any help??? I am doing my best here and can't see where you got in trouble... (I am going to look at the user who gave you the advice... meanwhile, please give me some help) Eagle talk 04:24, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

Sure.. i had a Mili Jay page and Pavlina Valentova (same girl different named so i linked them together). The Amy Reid page ive rewritten today as it was rmeoved and wanted to be sure it was appropriate.

Ok, User:Drini was the admin that deleted Pavlina Valentova (as non notable) and user:Longhair deleted Mili Jay on the basis that Pavlina Valentova did not exist.

I am right now asking Drini why the Pavlina Valentova is not notable on your behalf. The second article Mili Jay, I can't do much for right now as it was removed on basis that Pavlina Valentova was not notable.
Please give me a little more time, and I will keep you posted:)
Whatever you do, don't start bashing the admins names I just gave you, If you do, there is 0% chance I will find out why.Eagle talk 04:41, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

hehe i wont bash anyone.. im new to Wiki and learning the ropes! i do appreciate ure help

[edit] For now the best I can do...

Here is the best I can give you for now... until I talk to the admin...

Unremarkable people or groups/Vanity Pages. An article about a real person, group of people, band, or club that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. If the assertion is disputed or controversial, it should be taken to AFD instead. (See Wikipedia:Deletion of vanity articles for further guidance on this criterion)

Also, have a look at this policy and tell me if you feel one of these have been violated.

 • Only those articles where there is no remotely plausible assertion of notability should be considered for Wikipedia:Speedy deletion.
 • Consider using Articles for Deletion instead for articles written by an established Wikipedian, articles that have been edited by multiple editors, and articles that are linked from other articles.
 • Though it is written fairly broadly, this criterion is mainly intended to deal with vanity articles created by their subjects or by people personally known to them.
 • If it appears that a vanity article has been created in a mistaken effort to create a user page (or the material in the vanity article would be particularly appropriate for a user page), consider userfying the article instead. When a vanity article is moved to user space, be sure to delete the resulting redirect. Using the template ==:{}==

The article you created at {} was listed for deletion as An article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject, criterion 7 in the criteria for speedy deletion, Articles section. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).

If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.

I know Wikipedia can be confusing for new editors, so you are welcome to ask for help at the help desk or on my talk page. on the creator's Talk page is friendly and may avoid subsequent reposting of the same content.

Agian the policy is Wikipedia:Deletion of vanity articles please read it... and if you have an assertion of notability please put it here and I will see what I can do... Eagle talk 05:02, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

ok mate.. i appreciate ure time etc and will re read those links u have there.. THANKS!

Personally, just let the article that got deleted slide... After a few weeks when you are an established editor, go ahead and ask about re-making it. (ask User:Drini) If I ever get any more infomation I will let you know. Happy editingEagle talk 05:11, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Response from eagle 101

Hey I have not forgotten you. The admin replied to me. Here is what he/she said.

"Pavlina Valentova (born December 23, 1983, in Slovakia). She performs both hardcore and lesbian scenes which has made her one of the most popular new stars from Europe. She is also well known as Mili Jay " ( plus some infoboxes and external links) which fails guidelines for Wikipedia:Notability (pornographic actors) at notability assertion (this doens't mean the subject is not notable, it means the article failed to assert notability and thus was deleted) -- Drini 19:00, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Basically, what you did not do was assert that Pavlina Valentova is notable. Don't forget that this is an encyclopedia... and we can't have infomation about every little thing...

Anyway, all you need to do is remake the article... but MAKE sure that you assert the notibility of the suject. (within the text of the article... not in external links). Do this and I think it will be highly unlikely to be deleted again:) Eagle talk 19:12, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Amy Reid.jpg

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Amy Reid.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the GFDL-self tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 00:34, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Talk page blanking

Hello! Even if it is your talk page and you're pretty much entitled to do whatever pleases you with it, blanking it is not recommended (and it is pretty much useless, as you could see, as everything is available from the page's history. Usually, what people do with their talk pages is to archive them, but only once their talk pages start growing bigger (usually more than 32 KB, which is not your case yet). If however you would like to archive your talk page now, please let me know and I'll try to walk you into this... Of course, if you're still around and contributing to Wikipedia, as I've just noticed that your last contribution was in November 2006. All the best! --Vlad|-> 15:17, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
