Isn't the Rogun Dam already higher than this one? Rmhermen 23:11, August 19, 2005 (UTC)

The Rogun dam is not complete; in fact it suffered major damage in a flood some years back. If it's not a functioning dam, it doesn't count. :) Bantman 01:28, August 20, 2005 (UTC)
