[edit] Synopsis
The DNK, in their M.O.M.S.T.E.R. (Massively Overlarge Machine Stops Totally Every Runaway) vehicle are heading for the DNK Moonbase. However, a powerful whirlwind starts up, and Negative Numbuh Two, who's flying the M.O.M.S.T.E.R., loses control. After a brief blackout, the DNK awaken to find themselves in the positive world, outside of Sector V's treehouse. However, the KND are not home, a point made evident when Negative Numbuh 3 calls for Numbuh Three and receives no response.
After the DNK operatives track down their positive counterparts (Eizzil and Negative Numbuh 86 track down Numbuh 4 together), some of whom are lost in the negative world, the DNK discover that their friends are in a trance. They later learn a plan by Mr. Boss and Father to brainwash every child in the universe to be slaves to the adults. Negative Numbuh 1 vows that he and his team put a stop to it, which the team agrees to. After the Destructively Nefarious Kids face many of the KND's little-known enemies, such as Captain Jimmy's mother Mrs. Dirt and British accountant villain Windsor with a resurrected Queen Tie, Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil face off against Mr. Boss (in the Super Dome-Bot) and Father, respectively; the DNK come out victorious, and Negative Numbuh 3 inadvertently destroys the adults' mind-control ray, snapping the Sector V team and the rest of the Kids Next Door operatives back to their senses.

[edit] New Levels
Operation: NEGA-PORTAL features many new levels in addition to the ones based on the show (such as the Sector V Treehouse and the Supervillain Supermarket. Here are a few of them.
[edit] DNK Seriously Dangerous Museum of Weapons And The Like
A previously-unseen museum belonging to the DNK Organization that houses some of their most destructive weapons ever. After navigating the labyrinthine hallways of the Museum, dodging D.O.M.E.B.O.T.s and avoiding being spotted by R.O.B.O.C.A.M.s, Negative Numbuh 1 must face down his old leader, Negative Numbuh Four, in a giant dinosaur robot (called the "Techno-Rex").
[edit] Gallagher Elementary School (Haunted Version)
Gallagher Elementary suffers a fate worse than any Numbuh 1 mentioned in Op E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. A machine invented by Prof. Bob has turned the student body into zombies. If she wants to free the students, among them Numbuh 86 and Numbuhs 83, and 84, Negative Numbuh 86 must conquer her fear and fight the zombie students to make it to the Principal's office, where she will face off against the Principal, Mad Dad, and Midwestern Mom, the three strongest members of PTOOEY.
[edit] Gallagher Elementary School (Normal Version)
After you defeat Father and Mr. Boss, you can replay all the levels over again. However, when you replay Gallagher Elementary, the school will be as normal. The teachers will all be back in their classrooms, and all the students will be back to normal. However, some new enemies are present in the level (namely Edna Jucation's minions and the Were-Hounds). You can also explore formerly off-limits areas such as the Jungle Gym (from Op. R.A.B.B.I.T. and Op. E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S.'s Gymnasium.
[edit] Terrible-Dome
Another new level that is home to the DNK's toughest soldiers who are the opposites of Cree, Chad, and the Jets. It contains more puzzles than most levels, and at the end you must face the evil bully expert Jerry Rassic atop a new Wedgiesaurus Rex.
