Number Ones is a greatest hits album released by singer-songwriter Michael Jackson in late 2003. It is estimated to have sold 6.5 million copies worldwide.^[1] A partnering DVD was released which charted well in most countries.

As well as including most of Jackson's international #1 hits, the compilation included two bonus tracks: "Break of Dawn", which was a track on Jackson's 2001 studio album Invincible, and "One More Chance", which was a new song written for Jackson by R. Kelly.

The release of Number Ones is rumored to have been planned at the last minute after the cancellation of an album of new material, possibly titled Resurrection or Force.
