Nu tändas tusen juleljus is a Christmas album in Swedish, recorded in 1980 by Swedish pop singer Agnetha Fältskog and her daughter Linda Ulvaeus. The album was recorded in November 1980 and at first planned to be released for Christmas 1980. However, it was realized that it could not be released in the right time. Instead, the album was released in October 1981 and reached a 6th place on the Swedish album list. The album name is derived from a Christmas song, Nu tändas tusen juleljus, which was very popular in Scandianavia in the 20th century.
