You offered to assist in the development of the Joseph E. Duncan III wiki page. Thank you and go for it! I have set this project aside with the creation of a page of my own personal making that provides background, at least the innitial background following Duncan's most current arrest in The State of Idaho and then information on the progress of US legislative bills that were proposed at that time. The page I refer to is dated now and should probably be deleted...at least the parts that nolonger apply.

Looking back, I was amazed that he was ever allowed to reenter society and am seriously hoping that Duncan never walks free again.
