Although the image is subject to copyright, I (Skyraider) feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is a low resolution copy of an album cover;
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
• No free alternative is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information;
• Its use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web;
• The image's inclusion in the article is important because it illustrates content discussed in the text.
• The image is being used for informational purposes only.
• The material has previously been published in numerous sources, with higher resolution images avaiable elsewhere (Amazon.com, for example, contains a 500*500 pixel version of the same image).
