NOYZ is an American television network owned and operated by Blue Frog Media. NOYZ broadacsts music videos, with the ability to interact with programming and each other by sending text messages from their cell phones directly to the television screen. Viewers text their message to a number given on the screen, at a cost of $.99 per message.
In addition to NOYZ, Blue Frog also established and operates BULLA, an Hispanic music channel similar to NOYZ.
