The Noxubee County School District is a public school district based in Macon, Mississippi (USA). The district's boundaries parallel that of Noxubee County.

There were a total of 2,172 students enrolled in the Noxubee County School District during the 2005-2006 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 49% female and 51% male. The racial makeup of the district was 99% African American, 1% White, and less than 1% Hispanic and Native American.[1]
