"We Are Family: Now Get Me Some Water!" is an episode of Hannah Montana.

Miley is trying to rehearse for the American Teen Music Awards, but she can't because Jackson is playing a driving game and making lots of noise (as well as running into random things.) Miley asks why Jackson isn't in his car and doing all the things he is doing in the game. Jackson answers "Car costs gas...gas costs money, which I don't have!" Miley finds out that Rico pays Jackson minimum wage, thus goes to Rico to fix things herself. Rico offers Miley a deal: she ballroom dances with him, he gives Jackson a raise. Miley rejects the offer and gets Jackson fired...by accident.

Eventually, Jackson finds out what happened, and Miley confronts him not to worry, as to the belief that Rico will be begging Jackson to come back because the surf shop needs him. It is the total opposite as Rico has hired a professional (Oliver) and Rico thanks Miley for getting rid of "that bag of seaweed" (Jackson). Miley asks if he still needs a dance partner, but Rico's already found someone else.

Jackson blames Robby Ray (who is "testing" the driving game that Jackson was playing earlier) for having a second child because Rico won't give Jackson his job back. Miley apologizes and asks what he wants from her. Jackson replies, "A JOB!" Miley pleads that she is only a kid; the only job she had to offer was to be Hannah Montana's assistant or something. Jackson takes the job, not knowing that Miley was only exaggerating, sarcastically offering a job.

• The episode title refers to Sister Sledge's song We Are Family
• This episode marks another of Lilly's disguises alongside Miley's disguise as Hannah Montana. This time her hair is orange. Lilly keeps using different colored wigs for Lola (red, lavender, light blue, and orange).
• Originally titled just We Are Family.
• First time we see the real "I Got Nerve" video. However, the song is cut halfway through. The song is sung again but like the first time the song is cut.
• Oliver can juggle.
• This episode should have shown before My Boyfriend's Jackson & There's Gonna Be Trouble because in My Boyfriend's Jackson & There's Gonna Be Trouble, at the concert Hannah sings "I Got Nerve" but in this episode they are just permiring the song.
• Rico likes Miley.
• Jackson parodies Fez from That 70's Show when he said the famous 'I said good day!' phrase.
• When Hannah is hanging upside down from the boxing ring, somehow, her wig doesn´t fall off.
• In the beginning when Miley is holding Rico up she lets go but Rico is still in the air so Rico is probably standing on a stool or something.
• When Miley says "no more smiley miley" it might be an illusion to how her nickname is smiley in real life.
