Excuse me? Are you, well, stupid? Russia was judged BY THE COURT of guilty of the murders in Aldi. The Russian state. [1] It's not called "incident" - [2] (0 hits for this exact phrase). It's called "massacre" [3] (33 hits for this exact phrase, and 340 for massacre in context - 324 for killings and 233 for murders, respectively, with only 208 for incident, including phrases like "not an isolated incident").
